Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called
connective tissue. Deep Tissue Massage is similar to the Swedish Massage since it utilizes many of the same movements and techniques. The difference between the two is the pressure will generally be more intense in a Deep Tissue Massage. If  you are suffering from chronic muscle tension, this is the massage for you!
